Terms & Conditions
By booking a tour, rental, or experience with Tour CDA, you agree to the following terms. Please read them before completing your reservation.
Reservations and Booking
All reservations are made through FareHarbor, our online booking platform. A valid credit card is required to secure your booking. Your reservation is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from FareHarbor.
Specific pricing, availability, and cancellation terms for each tour are displayed during the booking process on FareHarbor. Those terms are incorporated into and form part of your agreement with us.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund terms vary by tour type and are displayed at the time of booking. General guidelines:
- Cancellations made with sufficient advance notice as shown at booking are eligible for a full refund
- Late cancellations or no-shows may not be eligible for a refund
- If Tour CDA cancels a tour due to weather, safety concerns, or other operational reasons, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule
To cancel or modify a reservation, contact us at contact@tourcda.com or call (208) 550-3939.
Weather and Safety Cancellations
Tour CDA reserves the right to cancel or modify any tour at any time due to unsafe weather conditions, road closures, or other safety concerns. In these cases, guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional charge. We do not cancel tours for light rain — we ride rain or shine. Major weather events (lightning, extreme wind, icy conditions) are at our discretion.
Participant Requirements
For the safety of all participants, please review the following before booking:
- Age: Riders must meet minimum age requirements listed for each specific tour at the time of booking. Children may ride as passengers with an adult on certain tours.
- Weight: Rydables and Segways have weight limits displayed at booking. Guests outside these limits may not be able to participate and will receive a full refund.
- Mobility: Guests must be able to balance and operate the equipment after training. Our guides will assess readiness before the tour departs.
- Alcohol: Guests who appear intoxicated will not be permitted to participate. No refund will be issued in this case.
Assumption of Risk and Waiver
Participating in tours involving Rydables, Segways, e-bikes, and other equipment involves physical activity and the risk of injury. By booking and participating, you acknowledge and accept these inherent risks.
You agree to follow all instructions provided by Tour CDA guides. Tour CDA is not liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow guide instructions, misuse of equipment, or pre-existing medical conditions that were not disclosed prior to participation.
All participants may be required to sign a waiver on the day of their tour. Minors must have a parent or legal guardian sign on their behalf.
Training
All guided tours include a mandatory training session before departure. No prior experience is required. Tours will not depart until all participants have completed training to the satisfaction of the guide. This is non-negotiable and is for your safety.
Photos and Video
Tour CDA may capture photos and video during tours for use on our website and social media. By participating, you grant Tour CDA a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use images in which you appear for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, notify your guide at the start of the tour.
Conduct
Tour CDA reserves the right to remove any participant from a tour at any time for behavior that is unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful to guides, other guests, or the community. No refund will be issued for removal due to conduct.
Liability Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by Idaho law, Tour CDA's total liability for any claim arising from a tour or rental is limited to the amount paid for that specific booking. Tour CDA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kootenai County, Idaho.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available at this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
